The Problem

What Amazon makes you live with

  • The reports don't add up

Amazon sends a dozen separate reports that never quite reconcile — orders, fees, refunds and bank transfers all live in different files.

  • The fees are everywhere

Referral, FBA, storage, ads, long-term storage, removal, returns processing… buried across the data.

  • The lost units pile up

Inventory adjustments and reimbursements live in different reports — what Amazon owes you stays hidden.

Our Solution

What SellerCentral.ai does

  • 1
    Drop your reports

Multi-file drag-and-drop. We auto-detect each report and stitch them into one normalized timeline.

  • 2
    See the full picture

Sales, fees, refunds, reimbursements, transfers — broken down per SKU, per marketplace, per settlement.

  • 3
    Find the missing money

Bank-deposit reconciliation, unreimbursed inventory, settlement gaps, orphaned refunds. Every leak surfaced.

Selling in more than one Amazon region? Amazon keeps the Americas (US, CA, MX), Europe (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, PL, SE, BE, TR), Japan, Australia, India, and Middle East on separate Seller Centrals. You'll need to log into each one and pull the required reports there.
Inside a region: the Transaction, Standard Deferred, Reimbursements and Inventory Ledger reports each pull a single file covering every marketplace in that region (use the “All” / unified option when prompted). All Statements is different — Amazon settles each marketplace separately in its local currency, so on the All Statementspage you'll see (and need to download) a distinct flat file for every UK / DE / FR / etc. settlement, even though they all live on the same European Seller Central.
A
Transaction report
Required
Ready in minutes

Every order, fee, refund and bank transfer.

B
Standard Deferred Orders report
Required
Ready in minutes

Money Amazon is holding from regular orders.

C
All Statements (V2 flat files)
Required
One .txt per 14-day settlement

Authoritative per-settlement reserve detail. Without these, our reconciliation has to infer reserves from the Transaction report — much less accurate.

D
FBA Reimbursements
Required
Ready in minutes

Every reimbursement Amazon has paid you for lost / damaged / customer-issue inventory. Pairs with the Inventory Ledger to identify claimable units.

E
Inventory Ledger
Required
Ready in minutes

Every unit Amazon physically lost, damaged, or found in their warehouses. The report that surfaces unreimbursed-but-claimable units (net of any found). Amazon retains roughly the last 2 years.

F
Invoiced Deferred Orders report
Optional
Ready in minutesOnly if you sell B2B

For Amazon Business / B2B invoiced orders on Net-30 terms. Skip this if you only sell to retail consumers.

G
Amazon VAT Transactions Report
Optional
One .txt per month — request severalEU / UK sellers only

Per-transaction VAT for EU / UK marketplaces — what you owe vs what Amazon already remitted (deemed reseller / VOEC / IOSS), by country and period. Powers the Tax & VAT tab.

Optional reports for deeper analysis
Granular fee breakdowns

The unified Transaction report shows storage and ad fees as totals. These two unlock per-SKU and per-campaign detail — so you can see exactly which products are bleeding storage budget and which campaigns are eating ad spend. Parser support is in progress; you can grab them now and re-upload once it ships.

FBA Storage Fees (per SKU)
Reports → Fulfillment → Payments → FBA Storage Fees
Monthly storage by SKU with cubic-foot volume and fee tier. Reveals which products eat your storage budget.
Sponsored Ads (per campaign)
Advertising Console → Reports → Create report
Spend per campaign / search term / targeting. Lives at advertising.amazon.com — not in Seller Central. Up to 95-day windows per report.
Alternate / fallback formats

These are already included in the unified Transaction report — no need to download them too. Upload one of these only if you prefer a per-settlement workflow or want extra detail (e.g. buyer info on All Orders, reason codes on Customer Returns).

All Orders Report
Reports → Fulfillment → All Orders
Order-level data with buyer info and shipping detail.
Customer Returns Report
Reports → Returns
Per-return reason codes and FBA disposition.
Don't export from the Transaction View page. It silently caps at 600 rows. Use the Reports Repository steps above — no row limit.
Pro tip — set the “To” date to yesterday. Do not include today's date so that you can access the report within minutes.
Click the Refresh button on the Amazon Reports Repository page when the report is Processing — and it should change to Download within minutes.

Once you have these, head to Step 2 — SellerCentral.ai merges them automatically, and the Deferred reports are what usually explain a reconciliation gap.
